I have replaced the module have line of sight to the tower:

I keep getting 0% Downlink Efficiency
This was an earlier post. and is repaired with a software reload best I can remember.
You might email support
Try the sm in a different location or test a working unit there.
Also the other I was refuring to the units The SM hadlost or never had calibration
Have you run a spectrum analyzer on the local side? It looks like there might be interference not allowing you to receive the downlink signal.
Fixed this by applying 7.14 from 6.1. I jumped the gun and posted this before I was finished with the software update. Thanks for your help.
