I’m looking to hire a good Network Engineer with experience in managing a Motorola Canopy network for our network in Ghana, West Africa. We operate on 2.4Ghz, 5.4GHz, and 5.7GHz. We have approx. 100 network elements (APs, BH master, and BH slave) and approx. 400 SMs deployed in three Regions. We keep having problems and we are unable to resolve them quickly or even prevent some from re-occuring because our guys do not have the knowledge and experience to handle a network this size. Most who had Canopy experience before joining us handled smaller networks. The candidate will first study our network, then make recommendations to improve reliability and security, then implement and manage those changes.
