losing gps sync on 2.5.2 software

Is anyone else losing gps sync on 2.5.2 software, or any other software for that matter?

GPS firware is up to date and im using 2.5.2 software.  It says I am not recieving gps sync even though the radio can see and is tracking gps.

Hi Matt, 

How many satellites is it tracking (I see three in the picture but maybe there's more once you scroll down)? I see that its tracking only 3. It needs at least 4 satellites tracked to get a 3D lock. 

If you are using the external GPS puck antenna, perhaps positioning it slightly differtently to get a clear view of the sky might help.
