Loss of Connectivity Between ePMP 2000 AP and force 180 SM

I support for public hotspot deployed with cnpilot E500 and wireless link being provided by a force 180 and ePMP2000 AP.

I have had repeated issues of a force 180 not being reachable on cnmaestro(offline) after onboarding and in a new vlan subnet. Implying that the device is not reachable remotely neither is reachable via the ethernet port on the f180 POE.

What could be the cause of this and how can it be prevented?
