Loss of sync via power port?

Good Afternoon,

We are in the middle of a significant snow event at the moment and I have a 2.4GHz AP that has lost sync.

This AP is connected to a CMM micro and was getting sync via the power port. I have temporally restored customer service by reconfiguring the AP to generate sync (a tower climb and physical inspection of wiring is not an option for the next 48-72 hours). The unit had been previously functioning normally, but the Event Log does show a previous (short duration) prior loss of sync. Any suggestions?

check your cmm and see if it gets any GPS signal.

I hope the CMM is still reachable.


Where is your GPS antenna mounted? These MUST be clear and cleaned of all snow and ice, even if it’s just little amount.
