Lost GPS Sync

New install,  ePMP1000 AP 2.6.2.1 powered through CMM4.

Lost GPS sync after 1 week. Rebooted, still no sync.

Switched to the AP's GPS and users are back up.

All PMP450i's on this CMM4 are properly receiving sync.

ePMP AP Ethernet shows no drops or errors.    Suggestions on where to begin?

Hi,

Please verify whether PMP450i's can receive Sync from same CMM4 port which was used for ePMP.

Thank you.

Could you please check the Cable connecting between the CMM4 and ePMP if possible try to replace the cable.

Also I believe you have set the  Synchronization Source under Quick start >> Synchronization Source as CMM4.

All PMP450i's on the same CMM4 are fine and receiving sync over the power port.

The ePMP1000 AP was set to CMM4 for sync source when it failed.

I'll repunch the patch panel  and replace the Ethernet cable to the patch panel.

Thanks.

But first I'll try swapping a PMP450i into the ePMP port as a test.
