I have a single organization with 15 locations. I was wondering if there is any benefit to setting up each site as its own service account or just as sites?
I am too looking for more information on how to best handle this within the world of Cambium.
IE:
As an MSP, how can we best carve this out.
For example. With Meraki, we can create new customer / tenants and their associated Networks.
What happens if we lose a customer and have to change ownership. For all the tenants that are under a single cnMaestro tenant account – how do you move them?
I guess to answer your question. This depends if the devices within the tenant / organization are licensed with cnMaestro “X”.
I’m under impression, any NON licensed hardware will need to be put onto their own organization/tenant.
This is true - every (non-free-tier) device in a cnMaestro X account must have a subscription. If you have a customer for whom you don’t want to use cnMaestro X, you will have to create a separate account for them.
Thanks.
Is there more thought from Cambium for enhancements made to cnMaestro?
How do we “offload” an existing customer/tenant if they decide to leave and goto another vendor.
With us nesting ALL customers with “X” licenses under a master tenant, it can be complex.
Also - I really dislike when adding “WLANS” to AP-groups, it shows ALLLLL the WLANS for entirety of tenant. This would be better if would only show WLANS assigned per Network.
Lastly, If cnMaestro had better organization for “master” accounts.
