After i put in the management vlan ePMP 100 device, i can no longer log in and i have ensured my laptop is configured with same vlan. i have upgraded software version to 2.4.1
Please advise.
Hi, When Management VLAN is enabled on the SM, we have blocked access to the management interface from the Ethernet side of the SM. This is for security reasons as the typcial deployment of SMs is at the end customer permises. Are you trying to access the AP or SM? For example, if MGMT VLAN ID is set to 2, GUI access will only be allowed from IP packets tagged with VLAN ID 2.

We will have this addressed in release 2.4.3 coming out in mid June. In the meantime, please let us know and we can make a beta release available for you to verify access.

Ola, apenas para lembrar que mesmo tendo vlan de gerência no SM ou AP, conseguimos localmente (via lan) conectar no rádio através do IP 169.254.1.1, ou seja, se o objetivo é acessar o rádio ePMP com a vlan de gerencia configurada, basta acessar pelo ip escondido 169.254.1.1, abraço.

Please try to reset to factory default via hardware button or power sequence in case you cannot reach UI or CLI because of wrong configuration.
