Maximum number of clients assigned to this WLAN (1-256): NOT VLAN.

And you cant have more then that numbers.

Maximum number of concurrent clients depends on the AP model. What’s the AP model in use.

have two XV2-2 and one cnPilot e510 in wlan.

Please find the max clients supported numbers for each model. These numbers are applicable from 6.4-r5 release.
