When opening CnMaestro, is shows:
“Your account is under the data retention period until 30-Jul-2021. Please renew the subscriptions at the earliest to avoid loss of long term historical data and configuration data related to cnMaestro X features.”

How can I renew my subscription? Is it really necessary?

You should contact your distributor/ partner to purchase cnMaestro X subscription.

But I don’t need CnMaestro X. I never asked for it and just need the regular one.

Sorry, did not understand. If you don’t want cnMaestro X then you don’t need to do anything. The account will automatically be reverted to cnMaestro Essentials.
