# Model Number on N500 IO Expander

I was just about to order some more of these, and realizing that I think the Model (and Device Name) are incorrect in this firmware version as they have an extra "B" in the .

Shouldn't this be NB-N500001A-US as it is on the datasheet?

Yes, the correct model number for the cnReach IO Expander is NB-N500001A-US.

The firmware on some units has an incorrect string that shows that extra B in the model number.

Thanks, just thought I'd report it so it could be resolved in a later firmware version.
