Other than the browser interface, does anyone know of an application that will monitor all the links. Want some type of dashboard application that could capture through put, jitter, latency, etc. Also want to be able to receive alarms if the quality or throughput drop below a certain level.

Any SNMP V2 monitoring and/or graphing system will do this.
