Dear Cambium support team,
I bought a new device of Cambium E410 since Nov 2018 and had upgraded new firmware versions for my device. I found out that the 40 MHz figure in bandwidth option is not available after my device was being upgraded firmware version 3.10. It is just a blank line together with the 20 MHz figure in bandwidth option. I have raised my issue to Cambium support team and they advised me that I should use the 20 MHz in bandwidth option for 2.4 GHz but the interference number in 20 MHz was higher than in 40 MHz.
I suggest that Cambium should let the clients want to choose which option is suitable for them or the cambium devices can automatically combine those two options.
