My cnMaestro cloud account inactive

My cnMaestro cloud account is inactive how do i reactivite it

Please onboard at least one device to reactivate your account.

Once device connects  to your account.

Your account will be reactivated.

I have tried to onboard a device it seem it not coming online

Could you confirm if device is able to ping the cnmaestro.
