NATing an SM have anything to do with vlan

we are suppose to setup vlan using the 3com switch, this is new but it is also an adventure for me but i also need forum members advice too. so please have anybody done this before and i was reading a journal which said that i should remove all SM on bridge mode, does NATing an SM have any effect on vlan? will the SM work properly when the AP are being set on vlan configuration?

please i surely need ideas on this before i start, probably diagrams will be of more help to me
thanks in advance

doesn’t seem that NAT and VLAN would effect each other. However both reduce your broadcast domain, so you might consider one a supplement for the other.

thanks for your response
