Need CNUT 1.2 and 2.x

Hello folks,

I recently acquired an integrated SM V9 running 6.0 software. I would like to upgrade it to 9.x, but cannot find earlier versions of CNUT to upgrade software in order like Moto says.

Does anyone out there have these? I have the software loads themselves, but they are in pkg format.
