We have a number of SMs that have red RSSI and no power readouts. I sent the mac addresses to canopy, and was given the calibration files. They said to look in the canopy 4.0 release notes under the Improved RSSI and Power Level Measurement. I can’t seem to find said release notes…just 4.1.2.3 and a few othera, but no 4.0. Anybody have it?
I don’t have the 4.0 Release Notes, but the place to enter the calibration numbers is to browse to the following page on each Canopy unit:
x.x.x.x/mac.html
Substitute each Canopy’s IP address for the x.x.x.x.
