Cambium Networks has launched an updated version of Support Center. This is our primary destination for technical support: support tickets, knowledge base, documentation, software downloads, license keys, and warranty registration. Visit us at https://support.cambiumnetworks.com.
The newest addition to Support Center is the ability to create tickets and view tickets (currently opened or closed). This requires logging in with your Cambium Single Sign-On (SSO) username and password. Instructions about how to do this as well as answers to other frequently asked questions can be found on our FAQ page: http://www.cambiumnetworks.com/support/support-center-faq.
In November we will be sunsetting the ticket forms on the main Cambium web site and moving entirely to the use of Support Center for ticket opening. Over the next few months we will be introducing other new features on Support Center which we hope will continue to enhance the Technical Support experience.
