Good Morning Jose,

Can you please provide below details to us,

  • Previous IP address of server
  • Updated (New) IP address of server

I guess, hosts file still contains the entry of old server IP address.

Please go to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" and open hosts file. 

And update/add entry as below,

<WM_Server_IP>       localhost

For ex., 10.120.123.123       localhost

If above IP address is still old IP then please update it to new IP address of server.

This update will require to restart MySQL and WM server services.

In WIndows, you can restart MySQL service from Task Manager. Service name is WMMySQL.
