No Pwr level on 5700SM's

Good day all, I have 6pcs 5700SM’s that in the “AP Eval Data” show RED colored RSSI numbers and power level is NA.
They still work and route.
My 5700AP show’s it’s rssi/jitter/pwr properly.
My audio aiming headset does NOT work on them.
I have blown config’s, factory defaults, newest sft, CNUT, etc
Are they defective? Life expentancy estamate? Any idea’s, comments?

The same problem…

The SM has lost or never had calibration.

Go to OLD URL fill in info and they will imediatally email data to enter into SM.

You will then take info and enter into http://sm-ip/mac.html
at the bottom
save reboot

also check that http://169.254.1.1/ism.html is enabled

 George

There was no ism.html on my SM, but the Power level had appeared after entering the calibration data.
Thank you.
