Hi Guillermo,
Whether the cell phone tower will cause any quality issues, depends on what frequencies your links are operating at and what is being broadcast from the cell phone tower. They are not normally an issue as in different bands to our radio links.
The tower itself should be considered in the path profile to determine whether it may be causing a physical obstruction in the Fresnel zone of the link going across it.
