we have fiber to all of our 450M's. when the fiber breaks it causes the customer to be down until we arrive. (up to 2 hours of window time.) Please fix the 450M so if the fiber breaks it will automaticly switch over to the copper ethernet cable. once the fiber is fixed the 450M should switch back to the fiber.
The above problem clear follow the following solution.
Solutions: use sg350 Cisco switch and configure ether chanel concept. In ehterchanel concept working both fiber and copper and when one line failed another line is continuously working.
