Onboarding a EX2016M-P switch to cnMaestro-X

Hey there.
We have a strange problem with our new EX2016M-P switch. We want to onboard it to cnMaestro-X cloud services. BUT the problem is we do not get any DNS services to work.
We added 8.8.8.8 as DNS-Server and we can also ping to our internal other switches. But we cannot ping anything, no Google, no nothing.

Andy thoughts what could be the problem?

Greetings from Cologne!
Michael

There is a NAT on 192.168.255.0 to go outside ?

As far as I know we have no NAT on this subnet.

Then you have the reason for not being able to access the Internet.
You simply don’t have external routing because there is no address translation

It was a firewall issue. The subnet was not allowed to talk to the outside internet. Switches are now in Sync with the portal.
