We have a customer with already deployed 3x E410 and we would like to onboard them to a cloud version of cnMaestro. Will APs lose configuration when we onboard them to cnMaestro? We would onboard them via serial number.

No configuration will be lost when you onboard device to cloud with no pre-configuration related to device.

To expand on that point, configuration will only be changed if an AP Group is applied to the device. AP Groups are full configuration of the device which will set every configuration setting to what is specified in cnMaestro, including default values that are not changed. The only exception to this are a set of network settings listed at the device level if "Auto-set from device" is enabled, which is is by default.
