Hi all
We have a Cambium cnMaestro system 4.1.0-r14 with 40 APs already attached. The system has been in about 12 months. Everything online and working as it should.
We have 8 spare APs that I have added to onboard, however the cnMaestro system is saying they are offline. The APs show a green light.
Is this a provisioning issue? is there another setting I need to do to bring them online?
Are you able to access the UI of the APs themselves? If so, do any of the steps in this knowledge base article help?
So it seems the device is getting a 10.10… IP address from our standard scope but whenever I try and set a 172 address to it, either through mac reservation on DHCP or by manually setting the IP on the device, it just goes red and refuses to communicate at all until I do a factory reset, where once again it picks up a 10.10… IP address.
I have 40 devices on the 172 scope, so I’m not sure why these are refusing.
Bad vlan on the switch ?
