“Operation Failed” while performing a RF Loopback on PTP 820 C radio

  1. If you are running a RF loopback on a PTP 820C radio and if you are able to perform a loopback on Radio: Slot 2, port 1 but  see “Operation Failed” on Radio: Slot2, port 2, this is not a hardware fault.
  2. Please go under Radio --> Groups --> XPIC and make sure that the Admin State is “Disabled”  while performing a loopback.
