Opportunities for connectivity at events

Summer is the time for events and festivals, and you better be ready with connectivity because vendors and visitors expect to be connected. Provide cost effective and reliable Wi-Fi with cnPIlot solutions. Check out our new Events connectivity brochure.

LARGE AND SMALL SCALE EVENTS OF ALL TYPES REQUIRE ROBUST NETWORK CONNECTIVITY TO ENSURE A SUCCESSFUL AND POSITIVE OUTCOME and experience for event organizers and attendees alike. Guests, attendees, contractors, vendors, and exhibitors demand reliable Wi-Fi to be omnipresent, secure, and fast.

Due to their temporary nature, events can pose a challenge for organizers. Event venues must be equipped with feature rich, manageable, high capacity Wi-Fi infrastructure so they can handle the bandwidth required for large crowds with multiple devices as well as meet the administrative needs of event organizers and staff. To ensure a successful event, IT staff must utilize powerful management and monitoring system to quickly bring the system up and to prevent problems before they happen.

Cambium Networks provides a wide array of highly reliable fixed wireless and cloud-managed Wi-Fi solutions ideally suited to enable event organizers and Managed Service Providers (MSP) to cost effectively provide an outstanding connectivity experience for attendees at events of all types.

Imagine Networks provides WiFi for the Troy Stawberry festival.

You are hosting a TED Talk that  you want to share with the world.

EVENTS SUCH AS THE TEDX CONFERENCES OFTEN REQUIRE SEVERAL LOCATIONS to be connected simultaneously, streaming speeches to audiences around the world in real time.

This was the case for TEDx in Pescara, Italy, on April 20th: the event was split between two sites – the historic Chiola Castle with an audience of about 200 people amongst three large halls, and a theater building hosting another 500 people. Coverage needed to be guaranteed for medium density in the halls at the castle, and high density for the theater.
