For those of you interested in participating in the auction for PALs, the FCC short form 175 is due by 6pm EST on May 7th. This form indicates your intention to participate in the auction (in July) and is pretty straightforward. After filing, it is very important that you do not discuss the auction (whether or not your are participating) with other parties. This is called the quiet period.
