This is my first post... im not an "I.T." tech but placed into the position of keeping 100+ devices online and working. So in advance, please forgive me for not using the proper terminology or in general, not knowing what the heck i am doing.
My issue is that we recently purchased 2 EN500 and 1 EN400 and they work great minus some configuration and offline device issues in the beginning. I also have 2 EnGenius EAP9550 units in less important places...Mechanics and admin lounge
Tablet ssid:SouthlandALB(shop connection)
Camera:SouthlandAP(employee connection)
All units run through the same router, same ssid, etc. For whatever reason the camera will only connect to the tablet if the camera connects to the EAP units. I have gone into the configuration for the EN's and changed the setting to allow interconnectivity between ip's on the same ssid as well as added the camera as a authorized mac addy user.
What else should i be looking at to allow the camera to connect?

[CAM_TSK] Are you expecting camera to connect to Camera SSID rather than Tablet SSID.
Could you please share tech-support of EN devices and MAC address of camera?

Sorry I have not gotten back to you about this yet. The computer end of things is not my main job here.
It is also a bit complicated how i have everything set up. The wireless is setup onto a different router than the hardwired computers and i dont have a working laptop at this time as i had to give it to a different division while i am fixing theirs..
mac adress of camera is:
60-21-c0-e9-0a-5c
I will get back to you tomorrow about the other information.
The panasonic is not advanced enough for any kind of settings change. I did have client issolation previously on the CnMaestro side of the EN400 and 500 Access points but not on the EAP9550.
Nat is not disabled on the router and i was unable to find the setting on Maestro so i will have to "assume" it is on by default. The first unit and configuration was setup buy the reseller when it was purchased.
Also check if your camera in WiFi and computer that you are in same network? Check if camera and computer is in the same network like: 192.168.1.X, if is in different range, you mus check your NAT.
