parts for 4' dish 85010091025 non-direct mount

Looking for a parts house that would have parts for the Cambium Dish listed above.  The vertical adjustment screw part of the mount is broken. so it will not hold vertical alignment. Any help would be appreciated.

Furthermore, 85010091025  is equivalent to Commscope VHLP4-7W.
