How to solve high retransmissions? and high jitter?

I have tried alignment and still no change! is my alignment the problem?
is my horizontal or vertical alignment fine?

limiting uplink to ds mcs1 reduces the retransmissions to 2% from 14% but they are still there and jitter doesnt really improve when pinging my isp gateway ip, the connection is like this “isp ap epmp 3000 (row/etsi) to my cambium force 300-25l sm (bridge) to my router to my pc via ethernet” gaming performance is bad! the link quality is never 100% its always flactuating and when it drops the tx power drops and things become worse

what is the problem? how to fix this? im 2.4km away from access point
how do i know if my horizontal or vertical alignment is fine since they are not labelled? what is the problem?

Hello @Atang_Maretele,

I’m curious how you have the access and why ISP engineer does not want to work on it!
You have a perfect signal and a perfect alignment.
Because of this I think you have interference. Near your SM or on AP side.
You can try to see Spectrum Analyzer. It can point you to a root cause.
But anyway it should be a complex troubleshooting by your ISP engineer.
