If the Power LED is off then either the PIDU is not recieving power from the AC/DC outlet, or there is a wireing fault in the ODU cable
Action: Remove the ODU cable from the PIDU and observe the effect on the Power LED:
If the Power LED does not illuminate, confirm that the mains power supply is working, for example, check the plug and fuse (if fitted). If the power supply is working, report a suspected PIDU fault to Cambium.
