Ping lose EPMP4625 Point-to-Point when Hardware Acceleration Engine: ON

I have point-to-point EPMP4625, firmware 5.10.4, Driver mode: Eptp Master, Hardware Acceleration Engine: ON, Network mode: Bridge, Ethernet MTU: 1700, Distance: 2,5 mile. Management Vlan: 15.

All devices connected after the point-to-point EPMP4625 lose ping in VLAN 15 if the channel is loaded at 200-300 Mbit. But if I change the Hardware Acceleration Engine: OFF, the ping works stably.

As far as I understand, the problems with hardware acceleration have not been resolved?

Do you mean path through pings? Is there any other symptoms? Does it affect the traffic?
