Any suggestions on optimizing the network for better ping rates? We are seeing ping rates over 100ms just across our wireless network. This is rulling out all other devices, excluding switches.

If you are just wanted to get better ping times, let’s set TOS to 3 for ICMP packets 
ping times go up with the max distance setting due to the polling waiting on replies. be sure you don’t have it much farther than you need.
usually, though, long and especially erratic ping times are weak signal or interferrence
