SM/CPE is accessible and replying to ping from AP side but you can't access AP from SM/CPE side.
To make AP accessible from SM side, the option "AP GUI access from PC below CPE" must be enabled.
To do this go to AP Configuration -> General ->Settings and change AP GUI access from PC below CPE to "Air Mng Enable".
