Customer advised to:
- Use Windows XP;
- Install "Riverbed Winpcap" version 4.1 or later (http://www.winpcap.org);
- Install "Microsoft .NET framework" version 2.5 or later(http://www.microsoft.com/net/);
Once the above items are installed, install CPE reset tool.
