PMP 450 High gain problems

Hello,

The technician told me that they are having problems with some 450b, they set up the SM new, but minutes later they cannot access to the SM again, via 169.254.1.1 IP, and you can see the leds blinking like the video of the link that I atach here. They bring me one of this 450b high gain and I tried to have access via Recovery console, applying power to PSU during 10 seconds and then removing power for two seconds and then re-apply power to the PSU, but I cannot access to the default ip 169.254.1.1, and leds blink the same manner.

How We can solve the problem?

Hi FT,

When the technician set up the SM, did he notice similar LED pattern as shown in the video?

I've had this problem with 2 450b high gains, only solution is RMA.

No, I asked to the technician and he didnot see the pattern, they only install the SM and donot realice about how the leds blink. Only when they bring the SM to the office we check everything and We realice about the pattern and access and so on.

Yes, I am going to open a support ticket.

Same here with three of them.
One stay "alive" for few minutes, the other two didn't turn on.
