hello , i have an issue about pmp 450 i SM faliure , my observation it is due to unsatable AC source , so my question is , what exactly the correct AC power input rate to the injector , to have a working SM , and how it affect the DC output from the injector to the SM through the ethernet cable?

It would help if you post the model of the Power Supply you are using to power this product. If you're using N000000L034A, the specs are here:
AC Input: 90-300 VAC -- If input voltage is outside this range, the power supply will not work properly.
AC Input frequency: 47 - 63 Hz -- If input AC frequency is fluctuating outside these parameter, it will affect the ability of the supply to provide stable DC output power.
Waleed, the PMP450i operates on 802.3at standards based power so if your SM is deployed at a location with a switch with standard PoE out you can try powering it off of a PoE port instead.
