PMP320 AP upgrade failure

IMPORTANT!!!     PMP 320 Access Points with Tanapa Numbers 3530CBA or 3630CBA must NOT have their software downgraded to software versions previous to e2.1.1!

Downgrading units to a software load older than e2.1.1 on the Tanapa Numbers listed above will result in a locked, inaccessible radio that must be returned to Cambium Networks for repair

Upgrade failure scenario 1:

Upgrade via CNUT fails.
Active Software Version shows (X).bkp
Inactive Software Version shows (X-1)

Upgrade failure scenario 2:

Upgrade via CNUT fails.
Active Software Version shows (X)
Inactive Software Version shows (X+1).bkp

Under both of the failure conditions noted above, one of the following procedures below will fix the upgrade condition under most circumstances.

A.  Downgrade the AP software version via CNUT to a software load older than the current Active and Inactive versions.  (See Important note above.)

B.  Upgrade the AP software to a version newer than the current Active and Inactive versions.

If this has not fixed the issue or a downgrade cannot be performed, there is a manual upgrade process that can be performed by Tier-2 or Tier-3 support.
