pmp450 AP Detected Ethernet Tx stalled - recovering now. Please contact Canopy Support

Hi, we an a 450ap with firmware version 15.1.1 ; in event log i see a lot of this errors:

Detected Ethernet Tx stalled - recovering now. Please contact Canopy Support at support@cambiumnetworks.com

In the ethernet statistics at the moment i see:

outerrors Count : 123

No Carrier : 123

Excessive Deferrals : 1

Customers repor us packet loss problem.

Today i replaced the cable and the plugs but i still have the problem; any suggestion to solve it?

Maybe try as suggested and contact Cambium support? :grin:

There were some Ethernet stall issues which were fixed in later releases.  It is recommended running 16.0.1.
