PMP450b SM's showing offline after upgrade to 22.0.2

After upgrading to 22.0.2 for our network, there are a few dozen SM’s showing offline in Maestro. They are associated and passing traffic just fine. When I log into one of the SM’s, they start reporting to Maestro again, and continue for as long as I have the page open. But 5-10 mins after I close out, they show offline again.

So far the only way I have been able to resolve this is to upgrade them to 22.0.2 STA (We have authorization for some of our sites for this, and have the FW). After that change, they report just fine.

Has anyone else ran into this?

There are a number of cnMaestro agent issues with various older version of firmware. I’d suggest updating to R22.1.1 which to date, seems to resolve all of those issues.

Not really an option just yet for my network. We generally stay 1 update behind to avoid issues like this. I’ll either just update everyone to STA, or roll back to 20.3.1.2. Was hoping for some explanation from Cambium rather than a blanket “Just update to the new FW”. I searched through the community and the release notes and only saw mention of disconnects after 45 days (or so).

AH… But I see your last post in regard to the 50 day issue @Eric_Ozrelic , Pretty much exactly what I’m describing as happening.

I will look into the 22.1.1 and make a plan to put in production
