PMP450b wont connect to cnMaestro(cloud)

I have multiple 450b’s connecting to a 450i which will not show on cnmaestro. It registered with the AP using ICC and i have set the color code and it registered after a reboot. I can ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com. All the firmwares are the same across the devices at the site. I have tried factory resetting and it registered again ok.
I have removed and reclaimed it on cnmaestro. I have put Account Id and onboarding key in.
There are 2-3 of these doing this out of ~500 at the site.

Any ideas?

looks like you have a cnMaestro on-premises address in the logs make sure the SM in configuration cnMaestro looks like this

what was the solution?
