If the sm is in session it will stay in session it is when something causes the session to drop such as every time we roll out an update and we always update sm first, or sm speed change, or sm performs an ap eval, or sm lost power at customer location. We literally cringe when we have to touch our 3.6 gear now.
Unfortunately, this is such a strange/rare issue that youāre probably going to have to give Cambium engineers remote access to an AP and some SMās in question to gather data. If you can reproduce it easily that will help too.
Seems rare since I have not seen any other complaints on the forums since 16.2.1. Cambium has not responded to our company cpiās open tickets on the matter in months.
Thanks Eric
