We have several cases where PPPoE won't just connect until you reboot the antenna.
This may happen right after configuring the PPPoE on the subscriber or any time later.
When this happens the PPPoE session is not connected, but the subscriber won't even try to connect.
We don't think it's a configuration issue because it works most of the times.

It sounds this is not an issue related to PPPoE but possibly due to the SMs failing to reconnect the wireless link with the AP.
Have you captured syslog at the AP when this occurs?
Are you using a DFS frequency?
Are you using GPS sync? What are you using as sync source (GPS antenna, CMM)?
What AP/SM firmware and GPS firmware are your devices currently using?
