Prioritize TCP ACK Enabled or Disabled For VoIP Customers?

I've read some old posts on cambium forum indicating Prioritize TCP ACK should be disabled for VoIP customers (TCP ACK's take priority over RTP packets in this case? ) is this still the case?

What is the cambium recommended setting/settings for VoIP customers.

Thanks,

Tim

Running VoIP with Prioritize TCP ACK enabled with no ill effects here! On 450 and 100.

EDIT: Mind you all of our customer traffic is encapsulated in PPPoE, so this may play a difference. If your customers are out in the open, yeah, I would not want every single TCP ACK using up bandwidth in the High Priority Channel.
