Prizm 3.00 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000, with Java
If you are running Prizm 3.00 and Microsft SQL Server 2000 (regardless of the service pack level), please update to the latest JDBC drivers from Microsoft. See attachment sqljdbc.zip
You will also need to update the sqlsvr.xml file. See attachment sqlsvr.zip.
For fixing this issue :
1) Stop Prizm service
2) Copy both attached files into <Prizm Folder>3rdPartyJavajdbc_driverssqlserver folder
3) Open Server Admin Tool, go to databse view.
4) Click Test to verify that the connection is working
5) Start the Prizm service
