I am able to open Prizm but when I try to ‘Open Status Page of Element’ it fails with the error “Error showing:ElementProxy/### java.lang.nullpointerexception” where ### is a string of numbers.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Does Prizm work with v1.6? My Java version is 1.6. I believe I might have received an update as I know v1.5 worked.
