Prizm problems Server Down

After reinstall step by step I finally can activate the licence files but now I have another error can somebody help me I check all the instructions related to mysql database and I’m stock again

I have this error messange at Prizm Log

I was once facing the same problem with you. ;) Please make sure that you have 'grant access' for user 'bost_user' in hostname 'ns2.air4access', with the appropriate database. It's only the matter of user permission in order to access the database.

this problem is fix but other appear this time i got the follow error at my log maybe you know what can I do to fix it
