Prizm server is down

Hello, I have problem, the server prizm is down, i don’t know why?.
I 'm using prizm 30 day trial version, i want to know is necesary install the license manager before use prizm?

Yes, it will say Server Down until you install the license manager AND put in your 30 day license key in the license folder (remove dummy.lic).

Then restart the license server and the prizm server, wait about 5 minutes and it should work.
