Problem claiming a device wih serial number to cnmaestro / Problema conectando con número serial

Hi.  I´m configured some cambium APs (E500) but I actually have a problem when try to connect to cnmaestro.  Those APs where previusly installed in the same WiFi public zone, so I reset them an config...  so APs are claimed by another cnmaestro ID and I am not able to connect them to my account (when I try with serial number). Is it any way to fix that problem from AP side?

Even I tried to conect from AP by system tools (conect to Cambium URL).

Hola, He configurado unos equipos AP cambium E500 en una zona WiFi pública ya existente; se ha cambiado el contrato de conectividad y ahora soy yo el nuevo contratista.  La cuestión es que el anterior contratista no hizo entrega de las claves o cuentas y los equipos que previamente resetee para poderlos configurar en mesh (incluso) siguen reportando a otra cuenta cnmaestro ID que no es la mía.  Al intentar reclamarlo desde la mía mediante el número de serie, lógicamente me muestra error al ya estar siendo reclamado por otra cuenta. ¿Existe algo que pueda hacer para desvincularlo desde el lado del AP?

This what i understood from your issue description. Hope cnPilot APs are managed from Cloud version of cnMaestro.

1. APs previously managed under one account 

2. Now same needs to be managed from different count 

If above thinsg are correct, you need to deregister / delete these AP from 1st account and claim in 2nd account. If you can't have the access to 1st account, please share 1st Account ID we can help.

Yes, problem is as you described it.  Unfortunely devices are used at 3 public WiFi zones afford by a local goverment, last contractor, who installed devices, did not dissasociated account so we don't have access to the 1th ID.  Now devices are conected to CONTRATO1210 ID cnmaestro.

we got the issue now, this can be resolved in two ways,

1. open up support ticket with cambium support center

2. approach your local distributor with the support ticket to get it resolved through cambium account manager

3. if you have direct contact with cambium account manager, it can be resolved through him  

the whole purpose of this exercise to make ensure that, we are de-resgistering aps which belongs to valid customer / partner

Tuve el mismo probelama con una red , lo unico que pude hacer ya que el anteriro contratista no los desvinculo fue hacer un servidor con el software de CNMAESTRO y hacer que los equipos se reporten a el, no tengo acceso via la nube sino usando vpn para mantener el control , si requieres de mayor ayuda te puedo asesor en como y con que equipo lo hice .
